In a time where karaoke and miming to backing CD’s is the norm, ‘Stars of Guitar‘ are here to save the world with their own brand of truly live music.
Since the 1950’ rock, pop and country music have been driven by searing electric guitar or coaxed lovingly from a soothing acoustic.
The ‘Stars of Guitar‘ show takes you on a nostalgic trip from the early days of Rock and Roll to the way guitar music has evolved in the 00’s.
Without the guitar, Elvis would never have become a star, the Beatles would still be unknown and Santana would still be in Mexico.
Throughout the evening ‘Stars of Guitars‘ will bring back memories of your favourite times through song and give you a few trivia facts about the artists you have known and loved.
With hit after hit ranging from Elvis to The Shadows, from Creedence to Deep Purple and Lynnard Skynnard to Matchbox 20, everyone from 20 to 80 will find something they love while never being offended by any part of the show.
Rest assured though . . . . ‘Stars of Guitar’ ROCKS.
As for the credentials of the band; the various members have travelled the world spreading the good word of live music. Having together or separately appeared on the Ray Martin Show, Steve Vizard, Hey, Hey It’s Saturday, toured Australia and the world with Keith Urban, The Osmonds, Ian Moss, The Black Sorrows, Lee Kernaghan, Suzie Quatro, Hot Chocolate and Leo Sayer, performed with bands such as: Rusty and the Ayres Rockettes, Xanadu (worldwide success), What a Life, Freestyle, Three Magic Words, Smart Alec and The Country Boys.
Enjoy a memorable evening with the ‘Stars of Guitar‘ show.
